The Journey Institute

The Journey Institute continues the mission and vision of the 50 in 52 Journey project. The 50 in 52 Journey project sought to bring awareness of people across America who have taken an idea to solve a problem or build community and turned it into reality. The Journey Institute will now seek to help those who have an idea for solving a community problem or in some way building community, but have no idea how to take the idea off the couch and into the community.

FALL SUMMIT TOPIC ANNOUNCED - APPLY TODAY

The Journey Institute has announced the topic of its Fall Summit to be held November 11-14, 2010:

The Topic for this summit will be "YOUTH LEADERSHIP IN COMMUNITY PROBLEM SOLVING"

The Journey Institute invites youth, ages 12-18 who have an idea for solving problem(s) in their community and are seeking help to launch their idea into action.

The Journey Institute will bring together like minded problem solvers with a similar goal for their communities, along with experts garnered from the network of inspirational people gleaned from the 50 in 52 Journey to a quarterly summit in Colorado.

Each summit will help these individuals put together a business plan, marketing strategy, launch fundraisers in their community and ultimately give them the tools and knowledge necessary to put their ideas into action.
